ABOUT WIVL
Aim. Weymouth Indoor Volleyball League (WIVL) aims to promote the playing of volleyball in the Weymouth area.

“Volleyball, as a recreational evening activity, is thriving in the southwest of Dorset.”

The WIVL runs four competitions catering for all standards within 2 divisions. The League has a good youth and coaching policy and welcomes players of all ages and ability. The valuable sponsorship of the Weymouth Gurkha Restaurant allows the League to offer a reduced entry fee to school teams each season, worth 50% of the regular league fee.

Competitions: On top of the basic League are the Divisional Tournament, the Knock Out Cup and Plate and finally the Open Tournament at the end of the season.

Location: Weymouth College Community Sports Centre
Times: Tuesday evenings between 6:30 and 9:30
Season: 29 Sep 2015 to 22 Mar 2016

The season concludes with the Annual General Meeting and Dinner including presentation of trophies and the very popular curry buffet.
