WVS – Phase 2 Complete

With Phase 2 of Div1/2 completing last week competition is hotting up.
As the handicap is really taking effect sets are becoming much more closely fought over, with nail biting finishes and some unexpected upsets.
To ensure fair play, Rule ”10 – Third Phase“ in the WSV Policies precludes the signing of new player or the transfer of players between teams. This is to ensure the handicap system, having become established over the 2nd phase, is not compromised.
